13/08/2012 | Frankie, SanT, Amu and Gai Ban

On August 13rd 2012, Hanoikids had a special city tour with British teachers from BVIS school. The members in charge were Frankie, Sant, Amu and Gái Bản.
Despite the gloomy drizzle all day, the tour started as scheduled at 2pm in the Ly Thai To garden. After introducing ourselves, we took a closer look to the Ly Thai To’s statue which is to memorize the great contribution to the development of Hanoi in particular and Vietnam in general.

Trial Tour – It’s not Goodbye, but See you soon

Capsule It Up Contest FR2014
Writer: Le Minh Trang - Group 1
“Empathy is not something that can be taught or forced on to a person. It is something that comes from the heart, and you delivered it to me.” Those were the words from my guest of my second trial tour, Mr. Liam (Billy) Fitzpatrick, who further on wrote in my ‘tour diary’ stating that I was a ‘super-guide!!’, before we parted ways.

Tour with M. Michaelle Jean – Secretary General of La Francophonie

One of my most unforgettable tours is the tour with M. Michaelle Jean, Former Governor General of Canada and Secretary General of La Francophonie.

Being a Francophonie student, it's really hard to believe that one day I would have the chance to go on a tour with one of the potential candidates to be the next Secretary General of La Francophonie (at this time, M. Michaelle was still a candidate).

From Bangkok guests “We TRUST You”

"We TRUST you!"
It's hard to define exactly my emotion at this moment my foreign friends said that to me. Happy, yes. Proud, of course. And even more responsible as well.
In this skeptical world, I was taught to be critical about everything. But l cannot do it! Because I am a Kid. When going on tour, both foreign friends and Kids rely on each other.

[caption id="" align="alignnone" width="960"] The guests also want to set up Bangkok kids[/caption]
I and friends from Thailand on this tour also agree to keep faith in Hanoikids.

19/06/13 | An inspiring day with Harvard students

"Haiti used to be a French colony also, so there are lots of similarities.” Today’s the end of my end-term exams, so all the reason more to grasp a tour and have fun. I didn’t really put it in mind that I’d be accompanying 2 awesome Harvard students.
Then I just realized Miss Ha Anh on the spot. If you wanna have a definition for a Dream Girl, then she would be it: she’s not only intelligent, but also really outgoing and pretty and adorable. Her dad picked us up and drove us all the way to Bat Trang.

A Memorable Tour In The Pouring Rain

Have you ever gone on a tour in the pouring rain, wearing your worn - out raincoat, walking along Sword Lake, trying in vain to catch a taxi yet joking about it all at the same time? I have, and let me tell you, it was awesome!
We were supposed to start our tour at 11 am that day, but due to the heavy and persistent rain, we decided to phone our guests and ask if they want to delay it until later. I mentioned the rain, but Mrs.

Tour with Congressional Delegation from U.S. House of Representatives

On Jun 3 and 4, 2014, Hanoikids had the honor to arrange tours for CODEL (Congressional Delegation) from U.S. House of Representatives to visit Vietnam National Museum of Fine Arts and Hoa Lo Prison ("Hanoi Hilton").
During the tour, Hanoikids members in charge provided members of U.S. Congress with the general information about these popular tourist attractions in Hanoi and answer their questions in Vietnamese tradition and culture reflected in each exhibit. Besides, our members helped the delegation understand more about Vietnam youth through their sharing about students' life and expectation.
